Rural Access towards a poverty reduction

Transport is the ultimate service provider towards the eight goals set by the world leaders. The foremost one the poverty reduction, which can be reduced by ensuring improved rural access. Without addressing the issue of equity development we can’t achieve the goals. How an equal development can be assured? rural access is the one of the answer of the question. A relative comparison is shown with the rural access to the poverty incidence, which is sufficient evidence to emphasize the rural access as an most concern item to develop the transport infrastructure.
