This WHO training manual is based on The World Report on Road Traffic Injury Prevention, and many sections of this manual deal with road safety management, including Units in the manual entitled, “Importance of Evidence as a Foundation for Prevention,” “Multisectoral Collaboration,” and “Formulating and Implementing Road Safety Policy.”
