Road Planning, Funding and Administration

This UK Department for International Development report examines how roads are funded and planned in developing countries. The report is presented in three parts: Part A focuses on issues and approaches, and includes an overview of the road planning and funding process; Part B provides example of how some countries have applied their institutional resources in road administration; Part C presents some overall conclusions, proposing key principles for future development.
